With it, I will be able to set a new precedent at Waskom High by graduating in three years. By graduation, I will have 21 college hours, 18 at the end of this semester. Mr. Mason (ITV speech) has been one of the most awesome teachers I have ever had. Last summer I had Mr. Butler over the ITV and loved it. He is the one who made me want to take more ITV courses because he interacted with us by talking to us and calling us by name. I just received my driver's license, and Mom was worried about me driving so far by myself. Everything fell into place very well because with Interactive Television, I am able to take the classes I need during the time I need them. I look forward to taking more classes at Panola College." – Antay Pond, Waskom High School Panola College recognizes that some high school students want to start their college courses early. Therefore, the college allows for both Early Admissions and Dual Enrollment for both academic and vocational courses. Courses taken may earn credit toward a degree or be used to fulfill high school graduation requirements. Students should visit with their respective high school counselors for more information. Students may take up to two courses per semester. If contacted in advance, Panola College will make arrangements for on-site registration at the high school.
